How does my purchase provide clean water?
Every product you purchase provides one week of safe, clean water to someone in need through our partner, WaterStep. Your support helps fund water purification systems and health education globally.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Can I customize a bracelet or mug?
Yes! We specialize in custom clay products. You can choose your own words or phrases for our classic bands and ceramic mugs through our 'Custom' shop category.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are the ceramic mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, our handcrafted stoneware mugs are designed for daily use and are completely safe for both the microwave and the dishwasher.
